Your Story

I agree to the story submission terms. I am submitting a story (along with any associated images, videos, or audio material and any additional material I may provide later, collectively referred to as the “Story”) to ROCA PRO ARTIST SRL (“Company”) via the story-sharing feature on the iamthekey.tv website. I understand that my Story may be utilized in a variety of ways by the Company. By submitting the Story, I agree to the following terms and conditions:1. Ownership and OriginalityI affirm and guarantee that I am the sole creator and author of the Story, that it is truthful and accurate to the best of my knowledge, and that I own all rights, title, and interest in the Story. I further confirm that I have full authority to submit the Story to the Company and that no third party has any claim, financial or otherwise, related to its use.2. Permission to UseI grant the Company an unrestricted, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, adapt, publish, promote, or distribute the Story (in whole or part) in any format, including but not limited to print, web, video, audio, and social media. This includes the right to adapt or fictionalize the Story for creative purposes. I understand that the Company may use the Story in various projects and that I will not receive any compensation for its use.3. Public Interaction and ResponsibilityI acknowledge that the Story may receive feedback or comments from others, and the Company is not liable for such feedback or comments. Additionally, while the Company will take care to feature the Story appropriately, it cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized use, misuse, or misappropriation of the Story by third parties.4. Indemnification ClauseI agree to hold the Company, its affiliates, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities (including reasonable legal fees) arising from my Story, including any inaccuracies or breaches of the warranties I have provided.5. Retention of MaterialsI confirm that I have retained a copy of the Story for my own records and release the Company from liability for any loss or damage to the materials submitted.6. Transferability of RightsThe Company may transfer or sublicense the rights granted in this agreement to its affiliates or successors. This agreement will also benefit any successors, assigns, or licensees of the Company, who will be considered third-party beneficiaries.7. Entire AgreementI understand that this agreement represents the complete understanding between myself and the Company regarding the Story. No other verbal or written agreements are in effect unless specifically stated here or in the terms of use for the iamthekey.tv website, provided those terms do not conflict with this agreement.8. Binding Nature of the AgreementI acknowledge that the rights and permissions granted here are irrevocable. Should any part of this agreement be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully effective.9. Governing LawThis agreement is governed by the laws of [Insert Relevant Jurisdiction] and applies to all matters concerning the submission and use of the Story.10. Acknowledgment of TermsBy submitting my Story, I confirm that I have read and understood the terms of this agreement and that no additional promises or representations have been made to me outside of this document.Effective Date: December 9, 2024.
