I Am The Key – Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy explains how refunds and returns are handled when you purchase products from ROCA PRO ARTIST SRL (“we,” “our,” or “us”) through iamthekey.tv.

We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while complying with the applicable laws of the European Union and Romania.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within the withdrawal period. You may use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of this policy, but it is not obligatory.

2. Products Eligible for Return

You may return physical products (e.g., books, journals, card decks) that are:

  • Unused and in their original condition.

  • Returned with all original packaging intact.

Digital products (e.g., downloadable files, online courses, digital meditations) are not eligible for return or refund once the download or access has begun, in accordance with EU law, provided that you gave prior consent to waive the withdrawal right.

3. Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Digital products once download or access has started.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Sealed items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@iamthekey.tv within 14 days of delivery to initiate the return.

  2. We will provide you with the return address.

  3. You must send the products back within 14 days of informing us of your decision.

  4. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of shipment.

If the returned item is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund to cover loss in value.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@iamthekey.tv with details and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
